Dianne Rundell

President/Owner
As the President of Park Range Construction, Dianne is a Certified WOSB (Women-Owned Small Business) Federal Contractor. She specializes in foundation support systems and is a Certified Dealer and Installer of Earth Contact Products foundation systems. She has over 12 years of experience in foundation support systems and over 25 years experience in business management, marketing and sales.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado.

Gregg Carnicello

Vice President/Owner
Gregg is a Licensed General Contractor in the City and County of Denver as well as most municipalities in the state of Colorado. He has over 30 years of experience in land acquisition and construction of over 300 custom homes. Gregg specializes in project management, expert testimony and developed the patented Ranger Floor™, a concrete and galvanized steel structural floor system.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University in Construction Management.

Bob Carnicello

Vice President
As the senior member of Park Range, Bob brings a wealth of experience and credibility to the company. Bob started Park Range in 1981, after successfully managing the Colorado Region for one of Colorado’s largest single-family homebuilding companies. He possesses over 40 years of experience in organizing and managing million dollar projects including residential, multi-family, commercial and sub-division development.

Bob’s reputation with construction defect attorneys, adjusters, property managers and Homeowner Association Board of Directors is the result of his knowledge in all aspects of insurance, defect, remodeling and commercial repairs. His commitment to quality representation of Park Range customers is well-known and respected in the community.

Bob holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Denver.

Jeff Wenzel

Project Manager

Jeff has been with Park Range Construction since 2005. Jeff is very knowledgeable in the construction industry and can provide estimates and manage projects ranging from small to large residential, commercial and government projects which involve structural repairs. He has proposed value engineering ideas to Engineers of Record.

Jeff holds a MS Organizational Management degree and a BA in Clinical Pathology. He also has many certifications in: Magnum Piers Master Installer, Earth Contact Products Pier Installer and Micropile Design Training, TEI Rock Drills Drilling School Training, IAQA Certified Mold Remediation and OSHA Ceritfied.

John Lujan

Project Manager
John has been with Park Range Construction since 2008. He also has work for other Construction Companies and Engineer Companies. John is very knowledgeable in the construction industry and can provide estimates and manage projects ranging from small to large residential, commercial, power plants, sub-stations and government projects which involve structural repairs. He is good at establishing and maintaining construction schedules.

John has managed new subdivisions and custom design homes. Troubleshoot buildings where damage and/or failure has occureed. Design engineering reports which outline the description of the problem, the nature of the mechanism that has cause damage or failure and list options for remedial action.

John has a BS in Civil Engineering
