Foundation repair for Colorado homes, HOAs and multi-family

For over 45 years Park Range has underpinned thousands of homes and multi-family buildings along the Front Range. We run your repair turnkey, from the first pier to putting your finished basement back together.

Turnkey structural repair

One licensed contractor to manage the whole job

We are recognized in the engineering and building community as "The Structural Repair Specialists Since 1981." As a licensed general contractor we handle structural repairs, building envelope repairs, concrete work, drainage and landscaping, remodeling and cosmetic finishes, specializing in helical piles and micropiles.

Every project gets a top-notch safety program, careful temporary protection and a clear communication plan. Park Range self-performs the majority of the work and manages a skilled team of subcontractors for the rest.

We also install helical piles and micropiles for new foundations, additions, outdoor decks and landscaping, and our estimators provide cost-of-repair estimates for expert testimony.
