Helical Piers / Piles / Anchors are installed hydraulically and require no excavation. Helicals, installed for compression and tension, provide the solution for unstable soils, high water tables or expansive soils. Helicals are installed for new construction as well as for underpinning existing foundations and tiebacks. Park Range installs a range of helicals including solid shafts and tubular shafts with one or a combination of helice plates and a variety of pier caps.
Tiebacks, installed for tension, are used for new construction, foundation wall stabilization, retaining walls, shoring, bridges, light standards, signs, equipment platforms and guy wires.
The traditional concrete method of installing foundations can be replaced with a greener and more economical solution, a foundation system of helical piers. By doing this you can save money and time as well. If a sensitive eco-system is your concern, this is a wonderful option.
Reasons to choose this system:
- Environmentally Friendly
- No Concrete Cure Time
- Immediate Loading Capabilities
- Permanent or Temporary Application
- All-weather Installation
- No Vibration Installation
- Quick Installation
- No Spoils Created
- Economical
- Made in the USA
With our repairs complete, we wanted to take the opportunity to express our complete satisfaction for the professionalism with which your team went about its work. The Project manager was extremely attentive to us and always available to answer any questions or concerns we had, and the crew was respectful, clean and professional all around. It has been a very long and painful road for us to have gotten to the point of repairs and our experience with other contractors made us extremely skeptical of your team before work ever started. BUT in our opinion, and we were watching very closely every day – Park Range could not have handled the 7 weeks of repairs any better than they did.
